Lino Cutting

In term 2 8GB (my year 8 class) has been doing lino cutting and printing. The Lino cut has to be your name, nickname or last name and what I did was my initials for my first and last name. KT K:Kiesha T:Tupuailei there are 2 photos below.  I made allot of mistakes but it was my first time lino cutting.

Print on paper
Lino cut

I was inspired but the many mistakes I had on my Lino cut but how it also turned out on the print.
It was actually kind of hard getting the patterns right on the line without any mistakes.
My initials on there is KT which stands for Kiesha Tupuailei and the patterns is a sign of my culture

I'm enjoying lino cutting and printing but my didn't really turned out of what I wanted it to be but it was fun
I've learnt that nothing always goes the way you want it to be

Tornado recount writing

In the past few weeks I have been working on my recount writing which is all the tornadoes. Here is my plan and my writing and please feel free to add your feedback in the comments below.

Tornadoes🌀☁☔ How does tornadoes form? Sites Weather kids Kids crossing National geographic Popular mechanics PLAN… During a thunderstorm Caused by unstable air: Moist and cool dry air Unreliability in the atmosphere Wind speed and direction changes in the lower atmosphere Extends through the storm Explanation… How does a tornado form? Tornadoes Tornadoes are some twisty and speedy things that come from a thunderstorm. It's actions are so dangerous that when you see one you could spin to death. It is also something to be very aware of during your days. Remember it only comes out during a thunderstorm.

Well the tornado always starts during and inside a thunderstorm. The thunderstorm actually starts forming the tornado when unstable air has appeared. The unstable air could also be called moist and cool dry air. Well that happens there will be unreliability in the atmosphere. The wind and the speed changes at the exact same time in the air or atmosphere. It only happens or appears in the lower atmosphere of the earth. The reason why it changes in the lower atmosphere is because the moist and cool dry air happens there. The faster the speed of the wind and direction the storm changes the lower the atmosphere is uses.

I've heard and researched lots of information about tornadoes but never actually seen one before. I’m actually happy that i’ve never seen or was near a tornado before but if I did… ????????I’m gone????????
