This term we have bee learning about health and nutrition. What we were learning about is good stuff to have and bad stuff to eat or drink. I will give you some good Nutrition to have like protein, Fiber, Fruit and vegetables. Now the bad things that we should not have like Sugar, Trans - saturated fats so these are some thing that we should not have an things that we should have.
